It was a pretty quick and easy experience with the front desk from the initial application to obtaining her unit. The move-in was easy. And she is quite happy with the size of the unit, as well as the activities, parking, and ability to use transportation for shopping.

I had several recommendations to visit Emerson Pine before I made my move from my apartment of seven years. The staff was very cordial and informative about the choices. I could have in a one-bedroom or two bedroom option. Upon inspecting both one and two bedrooms, I chose the two bedroom because the price was right and I can turn a second bedroom into a working office space. I have also found that other residents have spoken very highly of the staff and they help they receive daily. I would recommend visiting Emerson and Pines to see the spacious trees and the relaxed living atmosphere of the residence.

Everyone has been very friendly. My loved one does not eat the food, or utilize the activities, so it would be nice if a discount was offered. My loved one is very well taken care of. There is additional fines/fees if garbage is not brought in by a certain time. The only two issues, that I had was when I was charged additonal for meals but the issue was resolved, and another time, the mailboxes were broke for a few weeks, and residents were not not able to get their mail.

I would recommend the community to others. My friends have been to my place they love it. There is a full kitchen in the apartment, and they have free communal washer and dryers in the building. The maintenance is quick to respond to requests. The staff is great to work with as well. This is a quiet and nice community. They mow each week.

I like everything about living at Treemont. It's clean and orderly, and the service is good. The staff is nice, and the food service is well organized and serves healthy meals. The owners are very accommodating about residents' food preferences. We're close to Memorial City Mall and the emergency room at Memorial Hermann hospital. There are many activities; musical performances, exercise programs, field trips, etc. It's a great value, as well.

My is thrilled to be living at Treemont. She is 94, has low vision and is hard of hearing. She has been a resident of your facility for nearly 10 months now. In the 10 months she has been living there she has met so many new people and tells me repeatedly she has NEVER missed her other home. She had been in her other home for over 50 years, so for her to say she doesn’t miss it astounds me. She is sharp mentally. You all have provided a very comfortable, clean and affordable, and safe environment. She enjoys the meals and loves taking walks in the safety of the grounds or through out the hallways. She chose Treemont over any-other place I looked at because she had visited her friends while they were living there. She said it was comfortable and familiar. Knowing her needs are well taken care of and she feels safe, gives me peace of mind. . Thank you again for your highest of standards making Treemont a great place to live.

The staff members and the other residents here are very friendly which I really like, and I do enjoy the convenience of having the meals prepared everyday for us.

Treemont is incredible in every regards! The food, the facilities, the activities and most importantly the people are fantastic! I could not ask for a better, safer place where I am so comfortable having my parents spend their retirement years. Thank You!!

Impressive facilities and [name removed] is great. The only down side is that during the visit, the residents did not seem to be very actively participating in the activities, which made my mother feel as if everyone was maybe too old for her. (And she's 88!) Will plan for a follow-up visit to check out the social aspects again.

My mother has lived in this retirement home since 2006. She enjoys the social life that is offered. She is thankful for the help she received from the employees.

The people are friendly. The management keeps the premise clean and in good shape at all times. They are helping us get through this coronavirus pandemic in various ways, including the delivery of meals to the individual apartments. I enjoy living here.
