We were blessed to have found Pacific Pines for my mom with dementia. She stayed there 5 yrs and [name removed], [name removed] and their staff was amazing! They loved my mom and treated her with so much compassion. Everything can’t be perfect all the time but they made her stay as close to being home as possible. They made you feel like family during such a difficult time. By far the best facility in Redlands and surrounding area. It never smelled like a nursing home. Kept as clean as possible and my moms room always had the bed made and her clothes always washed. Thank you can never be enough.

So far, the community has been wonderful. The staff is great, I love the personal attention they give my mother. Anytime I ask them to do anything, they get it taken care of right away. My mother's room is clean for the most part, we have been having some issues with the maintenance lately but I have addressed it. So far we are happy with our choice to move my mother to this community.

The care is really good. There are activities but the people that are living there right now are a little lower keyed. My mother-in-law doesn't join or anything like that. They're in constant contact with us if there is anything that she needs or wants. I really like how they actually have a pharmacy that delivers there so their medication is all taken care of. It's not like I have to run to the pharmacy which is a real convenience. They have a doctor who comes in if you want to switch to that doctor. The convenience of having a doctor come in is great. I appreciate that they do that for us as well. It's been life changing for us a s a family because we know she's being taken care of and we don't have to worry. It's really designed for more one on one care. There are only 14 beds in a modern house and it's really warm. It's almost like being on a cruise where everyone takes care of you. The ladies that work there are all really nice.

It's excellent. The facility is very clean, the grounds are well kept, and the staff are very friendly to us when we visit. We appreciate the low patient-to-staff ratio at Pacific Pines. .

I have toured many places and Pacific Pines is far above the normal!

This is a good place for people who are immobile. The staff is very friendly and treat the residents like family. They are very accommodating to the individual need of the residents. Our mother is happy there. I would recommend Pacific Pines South Redlands to others looking.

Very expensive. We address issues but they occur again. We liked the location but it was very difficult with the parking. It was like we were pressured to carpool. We had hoped for more for all my family was told. We didn't understand why things went downhill so quickly.

Terrible!
