I would recommend Royal Columbian to anybody. The people are very kind and the facilities are kept up well. I've never seen any people just sitting around not being attended to. They're always in and out with my loved one. They're never sitting there by themselves for hours without anybody checking in on them. I personally like their services. The staff is wonderful and hardworking. They're there to help and they try to make the living situations for the residents very enjoyable and almost like living in their own homes. They play games, Bingo, Bus rides. There's a group that provides music for the residents, they have birthday parties, there are social events , bible studies, and people from various religions coming in. They have food options very happy with staff good job ;)

I like this community for the outstanding care that is given here. The community is clean and my dad likes the nice staff who are attentive. he is enjoying the activities and seems to be pleased with the meals that are offered. We would recommend other families to this nice place for the care of a family member. My dad loves [name removed]. He Exhibits friendliness, genuineness, caring, compassion, and sensitivity. Shares heart by taking steps to be the bright spot in someone’s day. Keep up the good work :)

A hosted Thanksgiving Dinner to visit my parents was such a blessing. The Staff was friendly and dinning decorated for the holiday. My parents were very happy to have a guest. They love living at the beach . Such a nice way for family to enjoy the holiday.

Staff welcomed us in and got us checked in and they were very nice to us and all the staff took care of everything. Everyone seamed to be taken care of and the facility was very clean and wasn’t dirty.

Love the staff love the residence friendly environment. It’s very welcoming and a lovely place to stay. They help all your needs. If you are a person in need of assisted living this is a perfect place for you.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved one. The knowledge of Alzheimer's Care, patient, and caring for the residents were standouts to me. The head nurse was amazing. The communication was great. Anytime we had questions they were able to answer them quickly. Once my dad was here we were able to relax.

The community takes good care of my loved ones. We have been at 3 different facilities and this one by far is the best. I would definitely recommend this community to others

Really liked how everyone knew everyone. Very warm and comfortable.

It was the personal touch that I was most impressed with. When we moved my aunt in they had a cart available. The management was clear and honest about what the facility could and could not do. We needed to bring my aunt [name removed] there prior to us having everything for her room and they had a furnished room we could use for a few days. Some larger may facilities have more activities, yet lack the community feel. I believe this contributes to older individuals becoming self limiting. [Name removed] came in using a wheel chair and because of the gentle encouragements from the staff she transitioned to a walker. This was a real victory. Three Rivers Place allowed us to borrow one of their walkers and when it was time to leave they helped us assemble the new one I bought. [Name removed] uses a cane and has little need for the walker. Three Rivers Place is so friendly and inviting the moment you walk through the door. Very skilled and caring nursing staff. The food is spectacular. Wonderful place for my mother. She loves it. The entire staff goes out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this community.

My 95 year old mother has only been a resident for 3 weeks; she moved from a much larger facility in another city. With her moderate dementia, she needed a little more attention. The Three Rivers staff is very considerate, very responsive. My family is very happy with everything about Three Rivers. We feel that they really care.

My husband is a resident at Three Rivers Place in Kennewick, WA. They recently hosted a Wellness Fair. We attended and found so many helpful tips from the many companies and service providers who participated. The staff are all kind, caring individuals who make an earnest effort to be sure all of the residents are clean, comfortable, entertained, and well fed. We are very pleased with the facility and are so glad to have found them.

[name removed] was wonderful and the place was nice. I liked the fact that it was small and not a place where you could get lost in. The fact that pets were welcome was also an advantage. She had so much information it was a lot to take in, but the option is there if we need to place mom. All in all it was a nice place.

My mother was at this community for a week and she since has passed on, but it was an excellent week. They cared for her very well at this community. The number one thing she loved the most was the food, the food was excellent. The staff was great and they were very friendly and helpful. Her medication was handled very well, and dispensed very well. The care staff was wonderful, they did a great job. The food was amazing! There are great activities offered. I would recommend it.
