Elderwood Administrative Services

This community is nice and very clean. I am not sure if he will participate in the activities . The food seems to be good and he is enjoying the meals. The staff is nice and friendly and patient. i would recommend this community for nice care for a love one.

My dad has been at Brookdale since May. He is settling in well. The staff are all wonderful and are good at getting him to participate in activities. One of the reasons we chose Brookdale was because of all the activities they offer. The food is good - we have had our whole family in to join dad for dinner multiple times and have never had an issue. Everyone is friendly from the manager to the receptionist. All the staff know whats going on with my dad and communicate well with us about his progress doing physical therapy. His mood has improved greatly since being at Brookdale. I think he was lonely before living at home but wouldnt admit. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The staff have been excellent and very helpful with my loved one. They have been attentive and quick to help with his needs. Overall I have no complaints and am satisfied with Elderwood Residence.

Mom is settling into this community. She likes the food and the staff are nice. We have good communication with the staff. The community is clean and they offer a variety of activities.

I loved this place I got a very warm feeling. It is all inclusive except for haircuts etc. The cost is reasonable. The staff is great

I'am doing good here at this community. It has worked out very well for me here, and I like it. It is a nice looking community, they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is great, they are very helpful and polite. There activities available for me when I'am ready to participate. I would say the quality of the food needs improvement. Everybody have been very friendly, I'am happy with my move here, and I would recommend it.

We wouldn't have been able to place our parents in an assisted living facility without all of the people that helped us through the process, which is considerable. I started at A PLACE FOR MOM and got some much needed advice. Maureen [Removed. was her name and she kept in touch with me on a regular basis through the process. I had to move my parents from two different locations so this was extremely difficult but with the help from Michelle and Kim at Elderwood, West Seneca, I was able to get them into an apartment there. They are adjusting very well it seems. We still have to deal with getting their house ready for sale but I think the process will be a lot easier than this was. I am just glad that they are settled and safe. Thank you to all who helped in the process.

In searching for a place my mother would like, decided to trust the reputation that Elderwood has earned and rightfully so.Everyone connected with this place made the transition for my mother easy as possible for her and most friendly and helpful along the way.They made a tough lifestyle change in my mothers life so much better for her.I wish to thank them all for their help and kindness. My mother is settling in nicely in her new home. Anyone having to consider this for a loved one needs to check out Fleetwood.

My brother is doing fine at this community. He enjoys playing bingo and he attends mass. He loves the food and they keep the community clean. The staff are attentive and there is good communication with them. I would recommend this community.

My mother is doing fine here at this community. I know she is safe and in good hands. It is a well-kept facility, they do a very good job with keeping everything nice and clean. They have a very good staff here. There are activities offered for her when she is ready to participate. The food is good, she is pleased with the meals. They are providing her with great care and I would recommend this community.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. I thought Brookdale Bassett Road seemed like a very nice place, overall! The staff is friendly, the facility was clean and nice looking, and I saw quite a few activities going on during my tours. They are definitely worth a look!

Brookdale Vestal East has done a great job, so far! I'd rate them 10 out of 5 if I could! The people here are so friendly and so caring, they're really aware of each resident and his or her needs. They're very good about keeping us updated on how our loved one is doing, the activities and games she's participating in, how she's been feeling. It's just a very nice place overall, we would recommend them highly!

I think that they do a great job at Brookdale, I'd give them high marks across the board. The staff here is considerate, understanding, caring, and accommodating. They were such a big help throughout the whole process. The facility itself is clean and organized. My loved one says they treat her very well, and she loves the activities and the food!

I like the staff at Brookdale Bassett Road. They are very friendly. Whatever I ask they take care of right away. I've never had a problem with them and that means a lot to me. It has been an all around good experience.

My experience with the Elderwood Assisted Living at Hamburg was excellent!. The staffing is extremely friendly and attentive also located in a great location. Overall provided great service, and clean environment.

My Mom loved this place. Very friendly staff, beautiful chapel, big family room gathering place that can be reserved, served meals (dinner was delicious) lots of room outside to watch the deer, plant flowers and vegetables.

There is only one thing I can think of that Emeritus at Bassett Manor can improve on and that is for more compromise with smokers. My dad is a smoker and they do not make many accommodations for smokers.

Compared to the other places that we toured, I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff. The facility is well maintained. It's really clean. The value is excellent. The food is good here. The parking is fine. The care services and activities are excellent as well. I would recommend the Emeritus at Perinton Park Manor. I am really pleased with all of the services. It is an excellent facility. Five Stars.

So far things seem to be going very well at Emeritus at Bassett Manor! My loved one really seems to be enjoying herself here. The other residents are lovely, and she has already made a few friends here. The staff are also caring and friendly, and they were a big help throughout the whole move-in process. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they even do a great job with the food!
