We chose Constant Care because the house itself was beautiful and small, there were only like 5 residents there. It is also by the VA so it is a good location for veterans. The minute our loved one got dropped off they bathed him, cleaned him up, shaved him and he was very comfortable. They take great care of their residents, I would rate the quality of care much higher if I could. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

We like the care from this community. The menu needs some improvements. We would like to see a variety of healthy meals. We do like the staff who are helpful and caring. They need to make activities available as we were informed that they would be available. The care takers are nice and they make sure that she is well cared for. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

The staff did the very best that they could to cater to my mother's needs and requests! They were fantastic and the facility was very nice. I would definitely recommend Constant care to anyone looking into the option!

I had a tour of this home today. DNA The staff and owner are very caring. Some owners I have met in the past give the impression they are in this business only for money. Not [Removed]! My impression is they truly care about the resident and treat them with respect and as if they are a part of their own families. We are in the process of getting my grandmother moved in there now.

We love this place [Removed] is wonderful! The home is very nice and clean and the caregivers are amazing. They serve home cooked meals every day and they always smell so good, my father eats every bite. They give him a lot of water to drink too. We have no complaints about this place. They keep my father clean and give him back rubs and just take very good care of him overall. They also have an on call doctor that takes his insurance.

The owner of this care home is very caring and involved. She was one of the reasons we chose this care home. The caregivers are wonderful. Mom seems to like the food and they keep the home very clean. I would recommend Constant Care.

My 90-year-old Mother recently moved to Constant Care Arcadia ('CCA") and has received such loving compassionate care. I could not be more pleased (and I'm a complainer by nature). I don't know if I should name names, so I will say that the Owners and Caregivers of CCA offer comfort not only to the residents, but also to the family; at least this has been my experience. The residents are treated with respect and dignity. My Mom is the spring chicken. I visit my Mom often and am always greeted and treated warmly. I never knew people like this existed. Gush gush gush. I want to move in myself.

Everything about our experience with Constant Care Assisted Living has been wonderful. The people there are very friendly, and it is a very clean and warm welcoming environment. Most importantly, mom is very happy there.

I highly recommend it. it’s a very modest little house, but the owner and care givers have been there for three years. The food is good and the knowledge and care that the staff is able to bring to the table is really good.

I visited Constant Care on 6th St. looking for a group home for my father. I was very impressed by this home. It is in a well established older neighborhood in central Phoenix on a quiet street. The home has been totally remodeled. It is a very open floor plan with one wall of glass looking into the backyard with a very nice patio. Lots of plants and greenery. There is even a tree house which would be wonderful if you have younger children who might be visiting "Grandma" or "Grandpa". I always look for a nice patio when I am considering finding a good home for an elderly person. It enlarges the visiting space, and weather permitting is much more pleasant to sit and visit in an outdoor setting than confined to inside. There are only 5 residents with 2 caregivers at all times, so you can see that the residents have constant attention. They seem very flexible about meeting individual needs. It is very clean and modern yet homey. The owner Jamie is very knowledgeable about medications and care of the elderly. If you are looking for a lovely, calm, caring environment for your loved one in the central Phoenix area, this is the place!

My mom is living here at this community. I believe she is doing okay. The staff communicate with me well and I feel that she is safe here. My mom does like the food that is made. There are a few activities that she has participated in.

I think that they are very friendly and the owner of the place really cares a lot about the residents. They try to make it very homey and it is much better than the previous facility my loved one was at. It just has a really nice, warm feel.

They were pretty clean while my loved one lived here. The activities really didn't apply, since there wasn't much my loved one could do at the time. They really did the best they could, and any issues that we had, they addressed them. We liked this location because it was close to our family and we wanted to be able to come in and check on our loved one.
