There are more staff working there that love their jobs...they're passionate and patient. We chose this facility because the entire facility is all memory care with security, the cost and size of room.

Extremely friendly and helpful. I picked this community because of the location and price. Close to doctor, cardiologist and retinal specialty institute.

I would tell others looking into The Madison Village that they have taken their time and answered all o my questions honestly. The main reason I chose this facility over others I looked at was because of the space and close proximity to my family. The apartment sizes are good. It is a good choice for independent living.

Fantastic staff. Willing to work with my loved ones on any questions or changes they requested. Food is good. Housekeeping is great! Community is clean and well respected in Madison. I recommend them 100%

My loved one is currently a resident at Live Oak Village Independent and Assisted Living and everything has been great for her so far at this facility. All of the staff are pleasant and helpful. The move in process was easy. This facility is pricey, like everything else these days. But it is kept clean and is a good place. I would recommend Live Oak Village Independent and Assisted Living to others.

I was going to when I got home that the place is always beautiful and clean. Dining tables are set with flowers and placemats or tablecloths. Food is excellent home cooking style and staff is very friendly and caring.The entire facility is memory care. It was nice and clean and friendly, and the costs were in the mid range compared to others in the area.

What our family likes most about the Haven Memory Care on Halcyon community is the great caregiving staff. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

I am currently a resident at Live Oak Village Independent and Assisted Living facility and everything has been great for me here at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The quality of care and the activities are great, also. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I've had a great experience so far here. The staff and kind and helpful. Everyone is friendly. The community is provides a good value for the money each month. I would recommend you check the community out to see if it would a good fit for you or your loved ones.

They have been really great. The staff really get to know the residents. It is a smaller facility so they get a lot of personalized attention. They tell you when you move your parent in that they will check on them every hour. I am there sometimes for a few hours visiting and people do check once an hour if not more which is great. I would certainly recommend Haven Memory Care to those looking for their loved ones.

I picked this community because, I was reffered to this community. The only improvements that, I would like to see is the quality of how the place is operated.

They keep my mother busy. There is a lot to do and lots of options. Everything is right there in the facility - you can get your hair cut, do some gardening, etc. So she never really has to go anywhere if she doesn't want to, although we take her out to keep her from going stir crazy. But out of all the places she looked at, this is the place she chose. The staff is friendly. The main manager has left, but she was very nice. And everyone else is very nice as well and very helpful. I rate them very highly.

It is a newer up to date community, and we like how the residents have room to gather and mingle with each other, they aren't confined to a small space. The residents are very lively, and constantly engaging with each other. We are so confident that our loved one is in a safe and caring community. The manager, and all of the staff from top to bottom are amazing, you can tell this is more than just a job to them. They have continued to be very accommodating and responsive to any issues we have, we are very pleased.

It has been good for my loved one to be around other people that are his age and at his same activity level. They keep the residents as busy as they want to be - there are plenty of activities - but the residents still get their privacy. The staff seem pretty good to me, and my loved one seems to like them as well. Normally he tells me the food is very good. But when they go on lockdown and bring the food to the rooms, he says it's terrible. And I know they all get more lonely in times like that as well.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. This is a wonderful community. The staff are supportive and great to work with. The campus is beautiful. There is even a community garden and places for the residents to walk at.

Didn't go - seemed like it had good amenities though and unfortunately too far away from friends for my friend [name removed].

It's a nice place, they clean my room once a week, and the staff is very nice. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

Madison Village has independent living apartments, so you would have to hire your own house keeping or care services if needed. Since this is independent living there isn't much interaction between the staff members and residents, but for those we were able to talk to, they were great. The social worker that was staffed at this community was awesome. The value for this community was decent.

The facility was very clean and "homey feeling. The staff and residents were pleasant, friendly and inviting. We plan to move in in a couple of weeks. I will give additional feedback after a few weeks there.

A beautiful facility. The staff is kind and caring. The residents there appear to very happy with their new home. I would be happy to have my parent live there.
