We needed help on a tempory basis, and ComeForCare was recomended to us. We found them to be extremely reliable. Both the office staff and the caregivers were acommodating, helpful, punctual and extremely nice people who were wiling to do anything asked of them, and more... such as loads of laundry or other light housework. With all three caregivers, you could easily feel their good will, and eagerness to please. I liked how they checked if we needed someone or not, their flexibility was helpful and needed. Thank you.

So far we are experiencing very satisfactory assistance and support. The representative conveys a warm professional manner, was patient in answering questions, was thorough and helpful at the meeting at Laurels. The paperwork was sent promptly, with precise instructions.

[Name removed], the owner, was more responsive than any other home care agency we contacted when my older brother was in the hospital recovering from an operation on his lower back, surgery and needed a companion 24/7 for parts of 4 days until discharged to a rehab hospital. He came to the hospital himself at 930 pm, with an aide, and made sure the right aides were assigned, personally involving himself. He called me directly. Pretty awesome company.

After going through several companies, we finally found the one perfect for my grandma. She raves about the service and we couldn't be happier with her caretaker. It's important that my grandma and family trust the caretakers and I can honestly say we got so lucky finding Comforcare Home Care, Bel Air! Thank you so much for your excellent service ! Don't look any further as they really are outstanding.

For the last two months of my mom's life, things were very stressful and very difficult. I've never seen such caring, compassionate people to handle somebody who we knew was dying.

The owner does not do this for the money, they do it because they care. I live in JERSEY and my brother lives in Connecticut and whenever this is an emergency or crisis, they are always there to help me and they tell me if they think my brother needs something, even just a new pair of shoes or a shirt.

The office staff is excellent, which is why I kept ComForCare because I know if there was a problem that they would take care of it right away.

ComForCare has made my life easier because I am able to go to work with peace of mind that everything in my home will be smooth.

I’ve been using this agency for my Mom and have been happy with the service. They’ve been very attentive and I’ve been able to count on them to be there when they said they would be. They send the same couple of caregivers, which has helped us with building a rapport. Everyone that they’ve sent has been very nice and very helpful. The agency itself has also been very responsive and if I have a question they get back to me right away. It’s been a difficult time and I don’t know what I would do if we didn’t have these caregivers. I recommend using this agency.

When my sister was very ill and on need of hospice care we talked with [Removed] from ComForCare in Plymouth [Removed] was wonderful My sisters and I will never forget her caring loving way that she worked with us during this very difficult time She looked at my sister and gave us helpful suggestions to take care of her as though she were family. We knew that we could call her at any time if we were scared or unsure of what was to come next. If you need help with a loved one, don't hesitate in calling this number. You will not be sorry.

[Removed] are very nice, understanding and helpful. They answered my questions and gave me info on questions I didn't know I had! They were able to help ease my family through the process of home care for my mother even before I know I wanted to use their service. We, unfortunately, went with another company first and regretted not choosing [Removed] to begin with. Not satisfied with our first choice for home care, I called [Removed] back and she was even more helpful and understanding of our situation. After we were able to get mom home from the hospital, we needed 24/7 care for her and [Removed] STNAs and nurses were awesome, understanding, caring and very professional. The caregivers that come out to our house are great. They are on time and are a great help. They help my husband with some personal care needs as well as they offer companionship. When we set up the service they explained everything up front and made the set up easy. I would recommend this home care agency.
