Wonderful building structure, the environment has a homey feel, staff are patient kind and caring people. The activities are appropriate for all of the clients. All of everyone’s combined responsibilities and efforts allowed me to be comfortable leaving my spouse in their care.

All looks fine! The facility was cleaner than others we looked at. If you have any problems, it is taken care of promptly.

Very nice facility with an attentive staff. Liked that there are areas for residents to sit inside and get rays of sunshine. Hearth & Home was very helpful with getting a temporary stay secured for my mother and getting her settled.

It's been a really good experience, we picked it cause my father liked it the best. I would recommend to others.

The Madison Senior Living community were welcoming and accommodating when we made the decision that mom needed to move in. They have been very kind to all of us and have taken great care of mom.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Hearth and Home at Vandalia. They uphold the dignity of every resident and meet them where they are at in their abilities. The actual floor plan of the facility is very effective in having a great common room for everyone to come together. The staff has always been helpful and friendly with me and my father. My father has complained at times that the food is too spicy, but usually it's always good. I really don't get information about the activities. I know a calendar is posted, but I am usually very focused. They seem to have a good variety of them, from what my father says. This facility is definitely a great value for cost!

I would definitely recommend The Wyngate Senior Living Community to others. We have had an overall great experience here. They treat my loved one with kindness and respect. Communication with the staff has been a two way street. They always have time when our family calls and staff communicates with us regarding my loved one's issues and needs.

My mom has been at Greystone for about 6 months now and I cannot be happier. She is in the IL and loves all the friends that she has made. She was so scared about moving there and leaving her home but now she says that Greystone is her home. From the moment I walked into Greystone without a meeting to catch off guard to today it has been nothing less than superior. The outings and the way everything is ran there is just great. Hearth and Home at Van Wert is a very welcoming group. [name removed] is an outstanding administrator in all ways. My brother was in a small studio here and it was ok in size, he wanted to move to a larger studio but they did not have any available. I would Definitely recommend this facility. My brother liked it there - he only wanted to move from Van Wert to Celina because it is his hometown.

They are so kind and helpful! They are available to talk or text during the day. They helped move furniture. They even moved the furniture my parents had in their rooms to the cottage they just moved to within the community without extra fees. The facility is very well maintained. It is safe and clean. I'm a nurse, and have noticed they take excellent care of the Assisted living residents. I feel like they have a healthy variety on the menu. They even get small desserts. My parents are a little picky. Everything looks great to me, but it might be the situation. They like food during the week more. Some meals are very good. I think they would like more seasoning, but I understand why they don't use too much. I believe weekend food could be better.

My family and loved one had a great experience with the community. The staff are kind, caring, and helpful. Everyone is friendly. There are meals and activities for the residents to enjoy. Overall, this is a community I would recommend to others for their loved ones.

Just took my parents a while to adjust, but they have gotten used to the schedule, and the food is good. They like the staff very much and no issues that I know of.

My first impression from the first phone call was amazing. I had done lots of research and digging into the best place to have my mom. Greystone and the kind gal I spoke to by far made me feel secure that I was moving in the right direction and even helped me get in touch with someone who may can get me some VA assistance! My mom is not ready to make a move, but I can assure you that Greystone will be the place she goes when the time comes. The made sure to make it known that no matter how long it takes for her to come to a decision that they will be there alongside with us through all of it! The lady really takes a lot of pride in what she does and helping others.

Hearth & Home was the best from all of the facilities that I visited. We picked this community, because the facility is small, and accommodating. The staff is helpful to all residents. I would recommend to other families.

My experience at Wyngate has been 100% positive. I live in an Independent Senior apartment and love it! The staff is absolutely wonderful. The well maintained property is so lovely, safe, and perfect for this time in my life. Daily community activities, weekly outings and special events are offered for those who wish to participate. I have the privacy of my own apartment with great neighbors and a sense of community. Three daily meals are available in the dining room or can be enjoyed in my apartment. I have never been disappointed — the kitchen staff is more than accommodating. Living here has been a joy.

I would recommend Hearth and Home. I like the help and friendly service. They try to include residents in the activities.

During our loved ones stay things got better and better as time went on - the more the staff got to know our loved one the better the experience was and things just started to click into place. Our loved one even started walking with her walker where as before she was not able to do so. Based on the experience we had with Hearth & Home at Vandalia, we would for sure recommend this community to other families.

Staff went out of their way to help. They had activities everyday and also on the weekends. Housekeeping was top notch. I have already recommended this facility to friends and family and will continue to.

Overall we think Hearth & Home do a really great job, and we just love them. Based on our experience so far we would certainly recommend them to other families.

They were great! Mom was only there for a month for respite care! The activities director was excellent at getting her out of her room and involved. We really had no complaints. All the staff was extra friendly. [name removed]was very helpful and kind. Mom did not want to be there. We would use them again with no hesitation.
