Staff is great, can't speak for anyone else, haven't heard of any staff problem. They all seem to care, very helpful and patient with residents. Food seems great, no complaints from mom, she has gained weight there so I'm guessing she's eating well. They really didn't get involved with the move in, if we needed anything they were very helpful. Communication is very good and housekeeping is excellent.

It's not worth the money for my loved one's level of care and I'm sure the staff are aware but they would rather keep getting paid. They are nice people, but my loved one and other residents feel differently when I visit, so I plan on bringing her home next month.

It was a very homey atmosphere, staff was excellent kept us informed, very compassionate, move in and out went without a flaw (my father in law passed away) but for the short time he was there he really liked it. The staff was very friendly and caring. They truly seemed to care about their residents. The one complaint we had was the laundry. Even though clothing was labeled, clothes always went missing or mixed up. The facility had many options for the residents to do throughout the day and encouraged the residents to get out of their rooms and participate.

Rooms are kept clean, the staff is caring and kind. Mom says the food is delicious, the menu is varied and if you don't want what's being served, there's a menu from which to order. Moving mom went smoothly and she loved it from the start. I have recommended Cedar Creek to friends and family who are needing a place for their parents. It's pet friendly, too!
