Friendly neighbors, great management, lovely apartments. While it might seem like such close proximity to almost an over abundance of shopping, dining and other commercial opportunities might be a drawback (traffic, noise, etc), the convenience especially for seniors far outweighs those things. I highly recommend this community.

We chose Falcon Heights because of its appearance and friendliness of their staff. The community is really clean and very well maintained it looks as if it was freshly painted. There is no odor in the community. We had an issue with the apartment but called them and they sent someone out to take care of it and it was a Sunday, they have someone on call everyday. The community is really affordable; it is very spacious especially for the price. We are very happy we found Falcon Heights and would recommend them to anyone.

Offers a lot at a great price and Bryan is wonderful to talk to but no storage. If you have kayaking vest and paddle and a bike and last 7 years of taxes and xmas decorations, well what do you do with those?

Bryan (the property manager I met with) is great guy he was very friendly and cared about the building and residents. The building was clean and seemed well cared for. The two community rooms were inviting and friendly. Down sides may include that the building is located in a very busy intersection and next door to a large multi family building that seemed to have a lot of activity

This is independent living. I was able to view a two bedroom apartment. Very roomy, very good light from windows interesting layout. You need to provide your own special needs. there are no nurses on staff. I saw few seniors in wheelchair being helped by family members that came to visit. The square ft. for a 2 bdrm unit is between 1,035 to 1,258. Nice place. Nice people

My daughter will be having to move out of Falcon Heights Town Square Senior Apartments. She is having severe health problems and she needs more care. Her faucet wasn't working when we first moved her in and some other things like that. They were very responsive and got it taken care of though. There is a very nice manager there. The staff is very handy. She just needs 24 hour care at this point so we are moving her out.

Nice inside-no meals avail. nice community room. Questing the safeness in the area.

If you can stand the smoke coming on our windows. Other wise good place to live.
