We feel very comfortable with our dad being at Silvergate. The facility far exceeded our expectations! The staff is caring, kind and involved. They are very welcoming when we go to visit our dad. We always feel well informed about how he's doing and what his needs are. The level of care he is receiving is top notch and we could not ask for anything better than that! We are very happy with Silvergate!

My mother moved to Silvergate just over a year ago, and we couldn't be happier with the care and services she receives there! Every person on the staff delivers quality care, and it gives me such peace of mind to know that my mom is in such good hands!

What sticks out most about Silvergate is the retention of their staff members. The people who work here have been there a long time, and this is at all levels. It is great to see a place who can keep their staff like they do here. I would highly recommend Silvergate to others.

Moving my dad into Silvergate’s Memory Care residence has been wonderful. He is healthier and happier than he was at his home. Silvergate’s staff is very attentive and extremely caring. The caregivers, medication techs, nurses, activities personnel, other staff and management are terrific. Instead of watching TV all day, my dad now participates in arts & crafts, puzzles, games, exercise, conversation and other activities. He enjoys the terrific music entertainers that come in and he looks forward to going on the scenic drives. The living arrangements are wonderful! Spacious yet very home-like, with a beautiful outside patio area. Also the meals are fabulous, made by an in house chef. I can’t begin to express how comforting it is for me that my dad is being lovely cared for at Silvergate.

My close friend moved to Silvergate Fallbrook Retirement Residence 1 1/2 years ago. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of observing the Silvergate lifestyle. Upon entering the building, visitors check-in through a safe and efficient process. During my visits, I’ve been impressed by how much the owners are personally involved, and how much the employees care about the residents. All the buildings and patios are beautifully designed, well maintained, and decorated for each holiday. The property has lovely living and dining rooms, a library, rooms for crafts and private parties, a beauty shop, a store, a wall showcasing photos of residents who have served in the military, beautifully landscaped outside areas, and more. Numerous activities are planned for residents and guests, such as…..onsite exercise sessions, bingo, happy hour, car shows, musical performances, and outings for lunch, dinner, concerts, museums, scenic drive-arounds, etc.

I was tired of caring for a big house and was lonely. This ia a beautiful place to live. I'm glad I could move in after being through several years of being alone. I have many friends here now.There is always some one to talk to or something to do here.

Without question, Silvergate in Fallbrook is one of the very best communities I have ever worked with. Their staff is amazing, the food is fantastic, they have a tremendous variety of programs and activities for their residents, and the ambiance is second to none. We toured the facility and were surprised at how clean it was and it felt very warm. They did a good job in giving us all the information we needed and all the staff we met were very friendly as well.

We recently moved a dear family member into Silvergate Memory Care and we are so happy we did! The facility and all the staff is wonderful and professional. They have responded to all our questions and concerns right away. I am always able to call and speak to her by phone, her sister is always welcome to visit in person. We have peace of mind knowing she is in such caring hands.

I have performed for the Silvergate residents for over 10 years. Each performance is well attended by the residents their guests, and some of the busy staff. All the folks who wish to attend are transported to the performance hall, arriving on time each month. Everyone seems happy to see and hear the music. Silvergate provides lunch for me prior to playing. The food and service can be nobly compared to a cruise ship. Top notch! definitely First Class! I look forward coming to Silvergate every single month!

Been friends of residents here at this community for years and it’s always been well managed and clean. They recently renovated much of the community, so it looks even better than ever! I would highly recommend this community and trust their local owners who seem to really care.

As someone who has seen a fair share of memory care’s, I am blown away by Silvergate San Marcos’ neighborhood “Suites” concept. It makes it feel like a warm, welcoming community from the moment you enter and removes all negative connotations associated with “memory care” living. From the moment you walk through this communities doors, you feel like you’re at home. The staff is attentive, warm, and compassionate. This community has left a favorable lasting impression with me and wish more organizations would operate with the same standards. I highly recommend this community if you are looking for a loved one!

My aunt is a resident of Silvergate, Fallbrook. I have had several extended visits during her time there. I have found the staff to be very welcoming and efficient in all areas. They greet all residents with a smile and conversation that indicates they truly know the person. They listen to residents and make adjustments to do everything they can to make them feel a part of a closely knit community. One example is their menu review meetings. The staff truly listens to the residents' suggestions and tries new things to accommodate their requests. The grounds are well-kept and provide a very pleasant atmosphere. The common areas are festively decorated for the seasons. Living out of town, I find comfort that my aunt is at Silvergate.

I have been living here for a few months and I love the friendly staff and residents. We have a lot of activities available and one of my favorite things to do is bingo. I am grateful for the people that work here.

As guests of Sivergate, we have taken advantage of several outings with other guests and residents at modest cost. Each has been well planned to local various attractions and events. All were fun, and the staff were very accommodating, attentive, and informative. Whenever meals were included, first class restaurants were selected and the food great! These outings are a super opportunity to socialize and enjoy other Silvergate residents and guests.

I have had tours of the facility, eaten at the facility and gone on excursions with the facility. I can only say this is the friendliest; most organized organization you’d ever find. There are home accommodations for everyone, the food is amazing, the staff is over the top!!! When I’m ready this will most definitely be my choice.

Silvergate is a friendly and active place to live and/or visit. Staff and residents interact with each other in a way that exemplifies caring. It’s a place I can easily see myself living in the not too distant future.!

When my father passed away, I knew that my mother needed to be in a social environment but she loved her home and was not ready to leave it. After researching retirement communities, I learned of Silvergate and asked her to come on a tour with me. I knew it was early and that she wasn’t ready for a move but thought I would get her thinking about it. During the tour I could see her excitement as she learned about all of the amenities, social activities and programs. I was so surprised at the end of the your when she told me that she wanted to move. Her apartment is beautiful and perfect for her to feel at home but not have any of the burdens of taking care of a home. I love visiting her but the best part is that I don’t have to worry about her being alone. I know that she is safe, happy, cared for and has a built in social network. I feel so lucky to have found Silvergate and I’m so thankful for all of the Silvergate staff that make my mom feel special and part of a family

My 93 year old, very mobile, father and I searched a number of senior living independent living locations throughout the San Diego region before deciding on Silvergate. The friendliness, attention to detail, quality of facilities, food, and activities made the decision easy. But, what really made the difference in the decision was the staff. Starting with the marvelous [name removed] and continuing with the rest of the staff, they have got it all together. We were astounded to find the longevity of employment for nearly all the staff. Most have been there for more than 5-10 years! Their attention to detail, the personalized service, including nearly everyone calling my dad by name the first few days, really made my dad feel comfortable.
