The staff are friendly and professional. We didn't look after them as the place we came from was a nightmare. I would recommend to others.

I am very impressed with Light Heart Memory Care- Webster. The place is always clean. It feels clean and fresh. It's not a fancy place like some of the others, but the ratio of patients to caregivers is so much better that I know my brother never has to wait for anything. My brother is there with hospice and they arranged the hospital bed, etc....He went in with a feeding tube, so both Light Heart and I thought having a hospice nurse coming by was a good thing. The staff was trained immediately on how to do the tube feeding. He has since been able to start eating, which is a miracle in itself. I think that the food plan is based on a dietary plan that provides all of the necessary food groups and is pretty good. My brother is a picky eater so he sometimes complains, but he complained at his previous facility too! I think he could use a little more interaction with folks, but is the only person there who is bedridden. The other residents are up and out in the living room and dining room when I come to visit. They also have a nice outdoor area. I think it's a great place if you are concerned about getting the care you need. I was the advocate for my brother during his four months in the hospital and then a month in a skilled nursing facility. As soon as his insurance quit paying for his stay there, I started looking for a better situation for him. The skilled nursing facility he was at was terrible. He ended up in the hospital again with sepsis. From there we went to Light Heart. I recommend taking the tour and meeting with the owner. He and his wife both have nursing backgrounds and know the healthcare business.

I would recommend. It's loving, caring, kind & professional!!!! We picked this community, because it was recommended, small number of patients, and offered more quality of care.

It’s a wonderful place to place your parents.. I LOVE it there!!! The staff seems passionate about the work.I would recommend any of the Light Heart homes to anyone looking for help in caring for their family… It’s just a wonderful place all together

Really loved this place , it was more like a family home atmosphere , Care takers was very nice and you could see that they cared about the residents .The place was very organized and very spacious.

My mother spent 3 years here. They were so good to her. She had memory problems and the caregivers were patient and very knowledgeable about mom's diagnosis of dementia. She had Vascular Dementia. Our doctor said it was a very unique case and she needs very good care. Light Heart communicated with me when mom's disease progressed worse and she was in good hands. I could sleep for the fist time in years after the first day I dropped her off. I recently visited the home again and had flashbacks of where mom spent years of her life and I was reminded of her great care. I recommend Light Heart to everyone I come in contact with.

Booked consultation from the website, toured the facility, and was pleasantly surprised. Clean, caring staff and engaging activities for the residents.

My wife would like to live at this Care Home when she get "older" and I'm gone. There is so much love there as shown by both the residents and the care givers. All the people are so positive in this home. Love and positive attitude are contagious. No wonder my wife wants to live there. Definite there is grace to be found at this special Care Home.

Mom lived at Light Heart for 3 years. To see mom go through this journey was very tough. I'm so glad we found Light Heart. They were able to tailor daily physical and cognitive activities based on her needs. They incorporated cognitive behavioral training which assisted mom with coping mechanisms as the disease progresses. Mom had Parkinson's which caused memory deficits and balance problems. They brought in Physical therapists and even a personal trainer to combat atrophy. We always knew she would decline, but I'm glad as a family we can choose where to send mom so she can decline safely and surrounded by caregivers that love her and spend time with her. In mom's last year, it was the toughest, she didn't recognize me anymore. Light Heart became my family. They became mom's advocate. We fired one hospice company and one home health company because they didn't provide the care that Light Heart stands behind. I will be eternally grateful for the time, care & respect they gave my mom.

We have visited several ALF's in the area and this one didn't smell and the caregiver ratio is the best we found. We weren't able to place because mom got sick too fast. It was a sad day when I had to see my dad finally be put in a home. I was the primary caregiver but I was tired. When we decided to find a safe place for him, I am so thankful we found Light Heart. It was heartbreaking but I am the forever optimistic one. At some points his memory would bounce back or a flicker of a memory would bring back the dad I used to know. Light Heart caregivers were always kind and knew how to take care of my dad. I was nervous they would kick him out because sometimes he gets angry, but they reassured me sometimes that's a part of the disease progression. At Light Heart my dad was living in an actual home something he was used to growing up and it helped him transition easily. He had a big bad sore on his bottom and he couldn't walk anymore, but a couple weeks of being at Light heart dad was able to walk again and the bedsore was completely healed. They were able to bring in doctors and hospice to help with dad's needs.

Gracefully Found Care Home is absolutely the very best Care Home that I have ever seen. The Administrator / Owners have a very caring philosophy and they provide a nurturing environment in the manner in which the facility is run and also in the personal care needed by the residents. The CNA's are wonderful in their daily routine. The owners have a very caring attitude and they exceed routine expectations by providing every resident in a special attentive manner to maximize the resident's experience in a positive way. If the resident has any issues that require special attention, the owners listen and take a methodical approach in solving the issue. The facility is extremely clean, very attractive, and conforms with every possible measure of safety for your loved one. I happened to find this facility and did the research along with other family members. The residents have a call device that summons the CNA and their response is very fast. I highly recommend this facility!

I can’t believe how lucky we were to find this place for our mother’s final days. Our mother had terminal cancer and we were no longer able to care for her at home. We first tried a large facility, but were not happy with the care she received there. Gracefully Found Care Home is much more than a Personal Care Home, the owners and staff became our family. Our mother was only there a few months before she passed and during that time she received the best care and felt comfortable. It set our minds and hearts at ease knowing she was there. They supported her and us until the very end. They worked seamlessly with the hospice who was managing her care and communicated with us daily. Additionally, the home is very clean and cozy. The owners have done an excellent job as well as all of the staff. Your family member will be in good hands here.
