It's excellent the care mom gets meals are so delicious. The music for residents to enjoy and programs for mom. They are excellent on interacting, and yes, we feel our moms getting great care. I would recommend to others.

The care services is excellent. They have plenty of activities. The care, friendliness, and response time has been excellent. My loved one loves the breakfast. We picked this community, because they reached out to me and had avalability for my loved one. I would recommend this community.

cant say enough about the staff, especially RN [name removed], mom has been a resident of parkside going on two years , the personel care brandi has given mom ha s bin comforting knowing she is in confident , caring hands! brandi & the rest of the staff are truely caregiving angles, very professional yet getting personal with each resident making them feel at home , would like too give a huge kuttos too [name removed]and her staff again for all they do, day in and day out!! god bless you ALL, THANK YOU, !!!!

This facility has very professional staff and the moment you walk in, you can already tell how clean the facility and how they take good care of their residents. Highly recommend this facility for your loved ones needing that high level of care

The activities at Vista prado are great ! [Name removed] the activity director is really great with having them doing different activities. The care staff also have treated my dad like family. I can tell it’s not just a job for them but they actions show they really genuinely care.

Toured and appreciated staff support. Community has a good atmosphere and residents have a nice activities calendar. They really seemed to be enjoying the social activities when I toured. It was nice to see the smiles even if they weren’t actively playing the games.

[name removed] treats these residents like they are his own family if you need or are looking for a place for your liver one to call home I highly recommend this place! The staff are amazing and will make you feel right at home!

I went to Balance Assisted Living and was most pleasantly surprised. The entire facility appeared to have been remodeled. The Assisted Living area was of the facility was very impressive with very nice living quarters and amenities for the residents. The staff also was extremely helpful and accommodating to individual needs of each resident. I would most certainly recommend this assisted living facility to anyone interested.

Balance is very caring. The staff goes above and beyond to help in every way they can. Some of the staff has been here for over 20 years and they are very quick to lend a helping hand to outside vendors when needed.

You are the last we had a sing-along yesterday and singing the old Christmas songs that everybody knows was really neat and then doing games and bingo and and we had Thanksgiving dinner together and it was so neat to see everybody enjoying their day and enjoying the fellowship of just being together

I am a Senior placement advisor in the Salem area and have had Great Experiences on every Visit with clients. The staff is very kind and interactive with residents making it feel very comfortable and home like.

I recently went to visit my grandmother at balance and noticed how wonderful all the staff is and how great they decorated for Christmas! I would definitely recommend others to check out violence assisted living for their loved ones!

My husband and I turned the facilty a couple of days ago. It was nice and clean and Nate was extremely helpful. He has a great vision for balance. We have chosen a different place because it is available today. Thank you for your time

Very nice community. Visited a friend recently and they are loving their time here. Everything was very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly to me and my wife. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one.

I come here often to visit my father, I so very much appreciate the staff and the way they treat people. It really reflects the ownership and management, I am very happy my father is in a place as caring as this place.

I've looked at a bunch of places before- my great grandmother suffers from dementia and is very picky about where she is and who she's with. This facility really embraced her and made her feel cared for which is a lot more than other places do

Came in with my family with a heavy heart, having to make a decision of what will be best for my mother moving forward has been a huge stress on all of us. After touring the facility and seeing the kindness and care they provide made the choice easy. When the time comes to move forward we will be using this facility.

With attentive, positive staff, and clean space, we know this is the perfect spot for mom. There are plenty of activities and nutritious meals for their residents. A very friendly and welcoming environment.

My relative lives there and it’s very clean, the place is all dressed up for the holidays which makes it feel like home. The people that work there are very attentive, so far we are happy and feel secure about our relative living there. We know she is being taken care of properly.
