This community's staff has been there for years. My mom has been there for over 11 months now. They call me with any info that I need to know about, The staff friendly and does a wonderful job. The residents are always in the living room or dining room and hardly in their own rooms. I was always welcomed warmly when I visited unexpectly. I would recommend this community.

I am so impressed with this facility!!! In the past few years my grandmother's health had been steadily declining. She is 89 this year and I have been putting off making this decision for quite some time. Taking her out of the home she loved was no easy task and I worried endlessly how such a move would affect her physically and emotionally. Thank G-d for the team at Beverlywood Retirement Home! I couldn't have imagined a smoother transition. From my first visit to tour the facility (almost a year ago) to my most recent visit (yesterday) to spend time with my grandmother I have nothing but praise for this amazing place and the wonderful staff who have taken care of us through this difficult time. The level of care and professionalism exhibited at Beverlywood is second to none. The food is outstanding (home cooked) and the facility is so clean you can almost eat off the floor. Everyone has been very personable and caring. Communication with the caregivers and the admin is excellent. We are very pleased and feel fortunate to have found Beverlywood Retirement Home. I love Beverlywood Retirement Home. It's really nice and the people are very nice. They seem to be very good with the residents. My friend's room is very nice. The food is good and he seems to enjoy it. They do things during the day, read little articles, play games, and do arts and crafts. They have a garden out on the same level as the memory care unit. The facility is really beautiful. The most important thing to me was the caring staff. Everyone looks clean and taken care of. Every time I visit, they're walking around and are active. The caregivers are not sitting. They walk around and interact with the residents.

We chose Beverlywood Retirement Home for my mom because of the quality of the care, facility and people. It was a small private care facility so it was very attractive to us. My mom had a nice private room and great food. The food was cooked especially for my mother with her requirements. In the lower review I read about bad food. But my mother was very happy with tasty and varied food in Beverlywood Retirement Home. This fasility has the new owner and many services have a high quality. The staff were very caring and they genuinely took care of the residents. My mom seemed adjusted and happy.

It's great! I don't have any concerns, it's clean and the staff is friendly. It's a wonderful place, very safe, and they have great care there. I am there five days a week and there isn't anything I have seen that concerns me.

I was impressed with the owner and manager. The home was clean and quiet. They let me know what my options are, this was a very good first step for us.

it was really clean but my mom just had an issue the the food. I sort of noticed that they served these nuts that were kind of stale. For the amount of money you're paying you expect more. They served my mom soda pop for lunch. She doesn't touch soda pop and I think that's kind of weird to serve an elderly person soda pop. It seems to me that fruit juice or milk would make more sense. I don't agree with junk food for sick people. I had one other beef with Rozana because she would make promises that she couldn't come through with like we'll have the physical therapist in next week or the podiatrist here tomorrow and then none of that every happened. I felt like she told white lies to make us feel okay with the place.
