My loved one settled in well at ActivCare. The staff are warm and caring. The food is one area that could use improvement. It tends to be bland; overcooked pasta and vegetables.

The care staff at ActivCare is exceptional. They are kind and caring and look after the residents with patience and compassion.

At 101 years old, mom quickly begin showing signs of dementia in the last 6 months of her life. Three years prior to that, she was still living in her own home with assistance from an outside agency in Long Beach. The agency no longer could provide the care mom needed so we begin to research a place close to our home and found Active Care. Initially it was very difficult moving mom from her beloved home, she was resistant and understandably angry, but the staff and administration was so supportive and reassuring, and as the oldest resident there, she was treated like Royalty, she certainly loved the attention.. The staff was wonderful and helped us with the necessary steps to place her on Hospice the same day she arrived, therefore she received palliative care round the clock. [name removed], the administrator, was especially supportive and kind. Mom passed away a few months later but we know she was ready and had been taken care of respectfully and with compassion.

I give ActivCare high marks for everything provided. I appreciate the kind care that my loved one is given by all employees. I sleep well knowing he is safe and well cared for in his new home.

I had been so worried about placing my husband in memory care, but I have been pleasantly surprised and so pleased with the care he's receiving. Particularly, the caregivers are so so kind and helpful and hard working. They treat every resident as if it were their parent or grandparent - loving and nurturing. Sometimes their care brings a tear to my eye. The nurses are incredible, in tune with the resident's specific needs and supportive of their families. I want to thank everyone at ActivCare for their loving support and care.

My mother is at the point where extra care is required. The process of finding a welcoming and caring place for Mom is so stressful. The staff were all so welcome and caring; explaining everything in as much detail a I needed. The facility clean and inviting. The activities have been a Godsend. She enjoys what she cares to and is actually doing better than I expected. The staff has really brought the best out of her. I am really impressed and also so much more relaxed. Thanks to ALL the staff.

mom has been at ActivCare living for 3 weeks now and we really like this facility. It is clean, the staff is friendly, the residents get 3 meals plus morning and afternoon snacks, the grounds are pretty and mom is well taken care of and happy

It has been a pleasure to tour and visit. My son has been much happier here than when he was in another facility. He loves the food here and staff, too! His room is wonderful!

This is a wonderful facility. The care team works close with family to ensure that residents are well cared for and living to their highest potential.

My wife is suffering from dementia. Since she has been a resident of ActivCare her mental state has improve. They provide mental stimulation that has brought her out of her shell. The nurses have been a big help

This facility is WONDERFUL! They take such good care of my mother. When I come to visit there is always something going on, always some kind of activity. They are also tending to her personal needs, which helps me rest at night.

During our loved ones stay the community was absolutely excellent, he received the best care he could of there we have no complaints whatsoever.

Took very good care of my wife. The staff was over the top with kindness. My wife was very happy and joined in the activities. I was very pleased ActivCare.

My father in law was the first resident to move into this new community. He is dealing with some significant dementia issues. We have been very pleased at the progress he has made. He has improved both cognitively and physically. The staff has been professional, courteous, friendly and accommodating with him and us. Communication between us and the staff has been excellent.

My sister suffers from Alzheimer's Disease and after a year and a half at memory care unity in [community name removed] I transferred her to ActivCare in Laguna Hills, CA. Since then I have witnessed a remarkable transition. She smiles, is happy and engaged with activities. The staff are caring, compassionate and totally professional. I have been in health care my entire life in hospital management, medical center faculty and as a legal counsel to healthcare providers. I unequivocally state that the care my sister receives at ActivCare is truly exceptional and has undoubtedly improved the quality of her life

I have had my mother at Activ Care Bressi Ranch since Feb of 2020. I am always impressed with the staff. Very well trained care givers that are kind and calm. They are so friendly and loving with my mother, who is still a current resident. The activity director Carmen in awesome. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Food is homemade and good. The patios are accessible and have updated planting with the season. The director [name removed] and sales staff are approachable and professional. I had my mother at a different facility and moved her, as I was not happy with the care and cleanliness, so I have experience, when I say , this is an excellent option for your family member.

Very helpful administrative staff - all questions and issues addressed promptly. Clean and bright common areas. Appreciate RNs on site in addition to CNAs.

We liked pretty much everything about the community, his care was good and before he passed away they called hospice in which was great. We have no complaints they worked so well with me when it came to all the finances. The nurse who was with him as he was passing was just marvelous, she was right by his side the entire time. She helped us call family members to say goodbye, and she was just truly amazing.

Tour scheduled [date removed]. Memory care only. This is good for us. Level 1=$6550/shared room. This is better than the $8550 for Silverado in Azusa .Level 2 is for hospital beds, which we don't need. Location might be a bit far, but we will see. We really like this facility.
