They seem do a really great job. I haven't had any issues with them. No problem with the care they're providing at all. I spoke with them about having the caregiver take my family member on an errand, and they said that wasn't allowed. They said she could accompany him but could not transport him. That would be the only negative I've encountered so far.

Honor has been amazing providing quality care for my elderly mother after she had her stroke. They worked with me and made her recovery smooth and safe I will always recommend them when anyone asks who I can rely on for help with my mom. Thank you honor.

Love this service. My sister is handicapped and has limited mobility and the Honor people are so nice and professional. They bathe her and put lotion on her, then they dress her and even blow dry and style her hair. She feels like a princess once they are done. This is priceless.

I contacted HONOR services seeking help in my home because my husband and I are disabled. We're not quite ready to seek out assisted living but we need help with light cleaning and laundry. The representive advised me that they would help with driving, trips to the doctor, setting up medicine for the week and meal reparation. I'm excited that I have someone to call should things become more difficult.

Honor is the best. My mother stopped driving last year and Parkinson's makes it hard for her to do a lot of what she's always enjoyed. My sisters and I hadn't realized how much help she'd need during the day, just to cook, spend time with friends, go on neighborhood walks. With Honor, she can pick up the phone to schedule a visit--or (and here's one of the greatest things) one of us can get online and do it for her. Plus, last time I checked I was able to read her caregiver's notes about the visit. Super helpful and reassuring.

Things are going terrific. We have had them for two months now. My Dad just loves his caregiver. I haven't actually met any of the staff in person, but I have spoken to them on the phone and they seem very efficient.

This was over a year ago that we used the services. Overall the services were pretty good. I have no complaints about the services.

I am so pleased with them, I can't begin to express how happy I am with them. They are very reliable. We are really happy that they send the same person all the time, and she is just a jewel. We haven't had any issues with billing, everything has just gone so smoothly.

Everything regarding my experience with Accent Care from the very beginning has been blissful. I was in an urgent critical situation needing to find a place for mom quickly, and it went surprisingly well. The only area I can think of to make a suggestion would be if the two primary caregivers would call or e-mail me once a month or so just to let me know how they are doing, that they are happy with the way things are going, and share any thoughts they have. That really is the only thing I can think of. They are simply wonderful, and we have been just absolutely thrilled with both caregivers!

Jeff Dyer was the contact with Accent Care that came out to the house to speak with us. He is just incredible! We had interviewed a couple other care providers, but he impressed us the most. They have really turned themselves inside out to accommodate us. The primary caregiver, Pam, is equally wonderful. Any time my sister and I can't be there at home with mom, Pam is there to step in and has been very successful in winning mom over (which is not an easy task) and taking care of her. They have really given us great peace of mind. I would highly recommend them!

Accent Care has been providing weekly respite care for my 95 year old father, so that he can go shopping and run errands, while they care for my mom, who has dementia. My Dad and my Mom both are very happy with the service and care provided. Accent Care has accommodated my parents' schedule weekly but also, when needed, provided additional help so my father can go to his appointments. The caregivers are excellent. The women that come are just marvelous! It can be a hard job to deal with every day, and it takes an angel to be able to do it. That's just what these ladies that come out are - angels! My only complaint is that there has been a time or two when I needed someone to come out to watch and communication has not been great, meaning I was left hanging and not sure what would happen, thus unable to make plans. It worked out, but would have liked more constant communication in that instance.

They very quick in responding to any request or changes needed. My mother was fortunate to have three aides that she liked. They took great care of my mother during a Covid-19 period.
