My Mother has advanced Alzheimer’s. She is well taken care of by [name removed] and others at Oasis at Margate. The staff is very responsive to her needs, especially the head nurse, Diane. They work well with Mom’s hospice team, and we appreciate Accent Hospice Care too. My mom has been here over 10 years. Her first several years she was active and enjoyed the many activities. I’m glad we didn’t have to move her when she succumbed to advanced Alzheimer’s. There has only been one very small increase in her care in all these years. Definitely consider Oasis at Margate for your elder in need of excellent affordable care.

My brother lives here .The staff truly do care about their residents here . They get daily care at top rate. I recommend this facility to any loved one looking for a place to live. The facility is very unique in how it is laid out. Very spacious for privacy and little gatherings for residents and family to visit. My Brother loves it here he says the food is superb also. When my brother is HAPPY so am I.

The folks at Margate Manor have exceeded my expectations and I am so happy I found this place for my mom!! Gary the administrator is GREAT! Any time I have questions he gets back to me within hours. Sheila the head nurse is awesome—she explains medical issues to me in lay terms. I love that the facility is of moderate size—the staff there get to know the residents one-on-one. All the staff are lovely, compassionate, and very responsive to my mom's needs. My mom has come to know and love them as a family!

Great staff and large rooms, although they are dated. Affordable.

My sister is a resident at Midtown Manor and has been for several years. Over the past year it seems as if some very positive changes have ben made. The facility is nicer, cleaner, staff seem to be more friendly. I know it has changed Administrators and management so maybe that's why but myself as well as my sister have noticed a huge change in how things are run. Whatever you're doing keep it up because it really is making a difference and she is much happier there now then she was in the past. thank you, A loving family member

My brother has mental health issues and was admitted to the facility a few months ago. We have found that Midtown Manor really suits his needs from a medical and social standpoint. It seems to be all around great care. he is enjoying his time there and has made some friends at the facility. I also have found that the Administrator has been excellent in communication w/ me regarding his care something which I have found to be rare in several facilities we have dealt with over the years. Sure the place could use a bit of a makeover aesthetically however we are most pleased with Midtown Manor so far and the care that our brother is receiving. Should that change I will update this review but so far we are very pleased.

Wife has been there for a few years. Staff are great. Keeps her busy. She seem to like it. And has her favorite staff she visits.. daily

Quality care for a reasonable price. It is very well-kept despite its age. The staff are incredible with the people. The entire process was positive as they ensure all will be fine. From the marketer down to moving him in, everyone was so encouraging, friendly and just so loving. My friend adjusted in no-time and enjoys living at Haven. Memory Care is not an easy situation. This by far was the most interaction that I've seen my friends has done and they show me the same love.

Out of all the places I have been to, it wasn't the most appealing. However, the care provided is to brag about. The girls are so patient, loving, understanding and professional. They love on their residents as if it were their own parents. The food is average. Activities is as busy as the residents. I say that because it truly is like keeping a preschooler occupied. My mother loves it there, which makes me happy. Wonderful staff whom are very knowledgeable in memory care.

My mother has lived at Regal Park for 1 year and 3 months and it is with tears of appreciation I share. The staff is amazing and are true angels on earth. [Removed] a care giver in the evenings never stops she smiles ,she hugs, she tells all her patients how happy they make her this is amazing. The Director is so involved and hands on first time I've seen a nurse in that position and think it's amazing. The chef comes out and involves himself with the wellbeing of the patient beyond food which is again amazing. I'm glad I picked Regal Park as a place my mom could call home because they really are family to her. [Removed]

My mother has lived at Regal Park for over a year now. She is very much loved and cared for. I suggest this place for anyone that wants their mom or dad to feel loved and to receives daily hugs. She is not just another number she really is treated like family. The staff there are very caring and very happy. They keep my mom very clean and they often give her manicures for free because she loves to receive hand massages and to get her nails manicured. I am at peace knowing my mom is in a safe place that acts like family and treats everyone like family..

Regal was an amazing place. At first I was a little hesitant as I pulled up in the parking lot. It is back down a long street off of 2 major thoroughfares. Once inside I didn't want to leave. I even stayed for the singing that was going on. This place is ALIVE and every one -workers and patients are so happy. Many workers came up to me and introduced themselves. Even some patients talked to me. Not one person was dirty our smelled of urine. I couldn't believe it. I even saw the director hugging and kisses the patients. You can tell they are loved, when she hugged one many started yelling for her. It was a very happy thing to experience. The rooms were spotless, this place felt like home. When I got in my car I didn't have that pee smell on me that I had when I saw other places. My mom will be moving in to this place in January. The building is old but it looks great and the most important thing to me is the love the caretakers gave to their patience. I 100% recommend this place over any Taj mahal!

I toured this facility and it was a beautiful experience. The staff there was so very caring and interacting with the residents. It was a very clean facility and the residents all seemed very happy. The administrator was very attentive and very caring. My mom will be living here for sure.

It has been a bit of an adjustment for my mother here at this community. Overall I know she is safe and in good hands. The community looks great, they do very good job with making sure her room and the community are well maintained. They have a wonderful staff here, they are caring for her very well. There are nice activities offered, they really encourage the residents to be active. There is lots of space for the residents to walk around. Also it is a locked down facility, so I know she is safe. This is a nice home I would recommend it.

So far everything is working out very well for my mother. They are taking good care of her and her needs. It is a nice looking community, from what I've seen everything looks clean and neat. They have a great staff here, and Jeffrey the assisted director is amazing and very supportive. She is trying a few activities. Overall I know she is safe and receiving great care. I would recommend this community.

My 94 year old father is so happy at Haven House. He's well taken care of, loves the activities and raves about the food. It's reasonably clean (I'm sure they keep it as best they can) and the staff is so nice. It's such a relief to know he's so well cared for. Thank you Haven House and it's hardworking crew.

We really enjoyed visiting this community. This building has been completely renovated in the recent years and looks remarkable. The new finishes make the building feel homelike and welcoming, unlike other places we've toured. Btw the staff was great as well.

Loved it. Very clear and clean air as soon as I entered. Was greeted by Jeannie [Removed] with whom I had an appointment. Lovely lady warm and welcoming manner. Quaint decor simple cottage-type of feel. Was introduced to residents and staff along the tour. Everyone pleasant residents happy. Calm and orderly atmosphere. Very productive meeting with Jeannie did not feel pressured. She answered my questions with complete understanding of my needs. She got me right away. The apartments are a good size offer what you need. This was my first visit. I felt so at home. And had full confidence that my mother would feel comfortable and calm. I know she would be safe and secure . The fact that it is a small residence appealed to me.
