Lovely and lively community !
The Gallery is not only beautiful but is full of life and happy residents! I was glad to have my loved one there! My grandma was so pleased with the food and weekly entertainment as well. She was well taken care of and loved getting her hair done on site.

Lovely and lively community !

Obviously, I liked some of the staff. There were lazy ones like everywhere else. The administrators were not warm or compassionate at all. The food in the regular dining room was okay, but in the Memory Care Unit, they had the food brought from the kitchen and by the time it was served, it was lukewarm. It also looked like a jumble of leftovers from the other dining room. The cost there is outrageous, and I don't believe that [name removed] received any better food or care there.

Wonderful care, wonderful people, Highly recommend
I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. My family and I are here very nearly every day, at all different times, so we see all different shifts, departments and activities. The nursing staff and care givers are AMAZING; warm, competent, PATIENT, professional, fun, engaging and very loving to the residents. From the drivers, to the therapists, activities, facilities team, front desk staff, housekeeping, sales & marketing…they all have a moment for a quick word, a hug, a warm smile. The staff operates as a team, focusing on each individual resident and their life enrichment.
Safety is paramount, The facilities are lovely and the activities are plentiful and a key part of moms joy here.
We researched quite a few places before deciding on placement. Mom has thrived under the care provided here and I am grateful I found this place at this time in her life.

The Gallery of Cape Coral is a well-organized staff in a beautiful facility. Care-givers are trained and compassionate. Numerous patient activities in Memory Care are structured to the abilities of the patients.

The Gallery is the Best
My father was at the Gallery for three months in Memory Care. The Gallery exceeded our expectations. The staff in Memory Care went above and beyond in his daily care. It is evident that the staff loves their patients. Highly recommend.

Recommended
My loved one is enjoying The Gallery at Cape Coral. It's a smaller facility, so the residents know each other. They have plenty of activities for the residents. The facility staff made the move in process easy and were very helpful with hanging pictures, etc. The PT is exceptional. This was important for my loved one. The meals are good and varied. We were happy that we found this place that is also very close to where my loved one goes for treatment three times a week. I would certainly recommend The Gallery at Cape Coral to others!

Excellent facility, staff and care
My Mom has been living at The Gallery (The Waters) and truly loves the atmosphere of the facility.
The staff is exemplary and truly care about their residents.
The food is plentiful, tasty and a large variety of tastes can be satisfied with the daily specials or the always available standard fare.
I would recommend a visit and see for yourself!

Wonderful....
When my aunt was living here she was so happy. She liked the food, activities and she loved having her dog with her, the family decided to move her closer to home.
when she had to go she was very upset, she met so many nice people here..

The good and bad
My Mom has been happy at The Gallery for the most part. She loves the varied and plentiful activities, but the food leaves much to be desired. Mom reports that the food is mostly tasteless and the meats are impossible to chew. She also feels like they do not offer enough fresh fruit and vegetables.
The staff was great when she first moved in but many of them left for more pay.

My experience
My grandma is living here and I think we picked the best place for her, very nice staff that attend to her every need. The food is good but she doesn't like some of the dishes, I'm sure that's with a lot of the elderly.

Exceptional Community!
My sister moved into The Gallery a few months back and all she talks about is how amazing the staff, food, and care is. I am beyond excited for her as this was a very difficult prompt decision due to a fall. She is now getting physical therapy and has improved significantly.
