The staff is highly professional and very friendly. The residents are a great mix of mostly retired professional people with really interesting backgrounds and interests. The community is exceedingly welcoming and open to newcomers--very easy to fit in and find your own interests. Activities abound and are varied and high quality--from outings to the Cleveland Art Institute and local restaurants to in house classes, activities, lectures, and groups. The food is very good. The meals offer variety and many, many options and alternatives. The apartments are spacious and nicely renovated. The grounds are park like and impeccably landscaped and maintained. It is an absolutely gorgeous facility with great workers and everything you could need or want to do in one place. The trips, activities, entertainment and delicious food adds considerably to an already great place. That being said, luxury comes at a premium. The cost of the apartments is akin to apartments in some of the U.S.'s largest cities, and is very steep. But the quality of the experience makes the price make sense, esp. when you consider that heat and AC are included, there is weekly housekeeping service, laundry service if you want it, two meals a day included, and low-cost cable TV.
