The facility is always clean, they even clean her room and change her bedclothes often. Trash is taken out twice a day. The food is very good. The ONLY issue is there's a long wait for food, but that's because they cook to order. They don't make one meal and serve it to all of the residents. The residents also have an option of eating in their room as opposed to waiting in the dining room. But they're asking questions of us when they need to, and we expected that learning and growing process going in. He loves the food and cleans his plate all the time. We've also tried the food and thought it was delicious as well. They always make sure he's not sitting alone, which we appreciate. [name removed] was always helping us along the way, even the maintenance man, [name removed] was kind to us, they were always quick to respond with the best solution and doing whatever was necessary to make Grandview the best place to be. Everyone there, residents included loved the food, appreciated the staff, it was always a pleasant treat to stay and eat with him as we spoke with other residence that really loved this place. There were so many other employees that were there that always went above and beyond.
