This facility is gated and that is comforting. It also provides a balcony for each resident, which was important to us. The staff are helpful and responsive - we had an issue with door locks initially and the staff arrived everyday until it was resolved. My mom has a \"bland\" palate when it comes to food so I was initially concerned that she would not like the meals. But she does and there is a varied menu. The move in process was easy, it was just family helping However, we moved mom in on a holiday weekend because it was easy for us. In hindsight, I would suggest picking a different weekend or weekday as it was harder to navigate systems with reduced staff (office staff). I absolutely would recommend this facility to others.
