The facility went through a lot of staff changes in the month we were there, such as; cooks, activities, and housing specialists. Some staff are friendly and care about the residents, while others are just there doing the minimum. It really is hit or miss. The activities have improved dramatically since my loved one first moved in, they just got an activities director and she is doing a lot of things with the residents. They have an exercise class right after breakfast, they are doing games throughout the day, crafts, etc. They have had turnover in chefs but they have recently hired a new chef so we are hoping things will improve.
