It was a very calm, clean environment. All staff had welcoming smiles, a lot residents spoke to us. The community Relations Manager was very thorough with all answers given. she seemed to be very knowledgeable on topics we discussed showing a compassionate ora about herself that was welcoming, that's important when you have broken hearts trying to find the perfect place for a loved one. Management worked together that made the process smother. The Day of move it Mom was greeted with a red carpet, Full staff welcoming her into her new home as we walked through the door! All of care staff came individually and introduced themselves with warm loving smiles. The community Relations Manager stayed in touch while We had our undecisive moments and all of our yes /no thoughts. THAT by far made us feel better for choosing Manning place. Mom's doing better than we expected! ALL staff are still showing much love to Mom and she is Happy an Loves Bingo??
