We had just a little bit of trouble with the caregivers. Overall the caregivers are good but there was some odd weirdness that maybe could have been screened out. It's my dad that needed help so as far as they deal with encouraging him and helping him, they've been great. Some of the thing that we're finding are like emptying trash at the end of the day before they leave and final clean up seem to be a little bit lacking. That might be just an industry thing and our expectations are too high. The woman that we delt with at their main office, if we have a problem or something, is awesome! Overall our experience has been real positive with Northern Illinois Home Care. We have appreciated the attention provided to assist with all of our questions along the way in a prompt manner. Care givers have been sensitive to the needs of my parents, as well as coordinating with each other which is really important to us.
