The facility needs some deep cleaning, especially the screens in the heating units and in the hallways. The windows are dirty! The floor in the dining room needs a thorough cleaning after each meal! Quite often it was sticky! In the summer the plants needed more consistent watering in their beautiful courtyards. The staff members get above 10 stars - given what they have to work with and the different high levels of Alzheimer and difficulty they were outstanding. There were more activities then what you can image - during Christmas time they had Christmas carol's and piano playing constantly.
