This is a great home. The staff is fantastic. They went over and above the care they gave to my mother. She was not easy to care for, but the staff were always patient and kind. They always kept the family informed of any changes or concerns. I truly felt we were a team caring for my mother. My mother has passed away, but I am so glad I had my mother at Caregivers Inn!... My aunt was a resident at Caregivers Inn. I can hardly say enough about the love and care given to her. The staff is very attentive. They know each of their residents and families well. It is a very comfortable environment. My aunt loved the small size because she knew everyone. She also loved that there was prayer before meals for those that wanted to participate. She loved the family feeling. I would recommend Caregivers Inn to anyone who is looking for a home for their loved one and not just a facility.

Caregivers Inn was a godsend! As our nation was shutting down last year we needed to find a new facility for my mom to reside after being in rehabilitation. Caregivers was conveniently located near my home, and they did have a small room available. That is not why we love this facility, it’s the caring, intimate, consistent staff! Communication was great. Each of my calls was answered by someone who knew my mom, and messages were relayed promptly if needed. Having peace of mind with her care has been paramount during the Covid pandemic. When hospice became necessary my mother, brother and myself were surrounded by compassionate staff and advice. Mom passed in HER room listening to familiar voices from staff and family. SO GRATEFUL FOR CAREGIVERS INN!

My grandmother was a resident at Caregivers Inn for 5 years before she passed away. During that time she was treated like family by the staff and the administrator, [name removed]. We moved her to this facility after we had a very negative experience at another one in the area. We immediately noticed a difference in her quality of care. Her spirits were quickly lifted and she started acting like her “old” self again. I would highly recommend Caregivers Inn to anyone that is seeking care for a loved one!

We did not have a good experience here. We were hopeful initially that it would work out, but it did not. Some staff was good, but there is a lot of turnover, and there was no communication with families when there were changes. Admin left a lot to be desired. No communication to families about activities or care plans. Admin is very focused on money, and there is no grace period for payments. The owner is never seen. We found a better facility.

I arrived about 10 minutes early. Employees and Ms. Loveless wereall sitting on front porch taking a break. But when I introduced myself Ms. Loveless said I could just go on inside and wait. She proceeded to finish her cigerette and kept me waiting. There was not much activity for the time of morning 9:30. Only a few women sitting in chairs watching and exercise video. Saw no one directing an activity. My reason for searching for a place is for my Mother to get more socialization.
