Our family and loved one have had a great experience with Elison of Bella Vita. The community is clean. The staff are is friendly, caring, and helpful. Everyone is very welcoming. Great Senior Living Community
The community is warm, vibrant, and down-to-earth, and offer an unbeatable value starting at $[removed], which includes all utilities, weekly housekeeping, laundry, transportation, three meals per day in a restaurant style dining room, and 24/7 access to care staff, among other amenities. It provides exceptional care and service.

I love Elison Of Bella Vita! The community has wonderful charm and great amenities, but what really makes this community stand out is the staff. The team is amazing, and they really care about the residents. You will not find a community with better people, and that is what really matters when care is needed.

Tour of Elison
We toured Elison of Bella Vita during our search for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. Horrible staff. [Name removed] had scheduled our appointment and yet when we showed up, they had no clue. They were caught off guard. They had the maintenance man give us the tour. He was unable to answer our questions on anything. The facility smelled like urine and did not look clean at all. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I toured this facility and it was great! I really liked it. Its beautiful, reasonably priced, and very clean. However, they don't have a memory care unit and I knew my loved one would need that in the near future, so we continued our search. If you don't have a need for memory care, I would definitely recommend this facility!

Settling In to a New Life
Our timing was not great with Covid surges. Also, they transitioned from one ownership to another after my loved one moved in. But she has now settled in. There were some challenges and hiccups along the way. But whenever there was a hiccup, we would talk to someone at Elison, and it was dealt with. The only issue we're still having is lack of help in the dining room. And I know that's occurring everywhere right now. At first the cleaning service was not very good, but they've changed services, and it's excellent now. The nurse has been awesome. The food is excellent, and the menu is very good. Activities are wonderful, and my loved one is getting involved in a lot of them. They have something going on every day, and they have a cocktail hour most afternoons. That socialization aspect was a huge component of sending her here, and she's definitely made friends. I also like that they're open to visitors at any time, so we get go whenever we please as much as we please. It's expensive, but I feel like you get what you pay for.

It's a positive
My mother is getting the care that she needs and the therapy that she needs. The dinning room is good food and the activities are great if she would be more open to participating. She just has to get used to the changes and the staff are nice and open with the residents.

Good Value for the Cost
There are a lot of staff turnover. It is a good value for the money. The food has a good variety and it is very tasty.
Bingo, social every night, bus rides on Sundays, and more for the residents to choose from for activities.

Highly recommend Elmcroft
We chose Elmcroft of Bella Vita because of the location, the cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff members. The facility is also very beautiful and has pretty surroundings. The room sizes are really good. I would recommend.

I Feel Comfortable With Attention for My Mother's Needs
During the pandemic the community has been very good at cleaning and delivering meals.
Elmcroft of Bella Vita has met our needs. We are pleased with the community and how they have treated my loved one.

My review of Elmcroft
We were not happy with our experience with Elmcroft of Bella. They made us a lot of promises in the beginning and they were not carried through. My moms rooms smelled like pee really bad. For the care that she received, it was way too expensive. Overall, we would not recommend to others looking.

My review of Elmcroft during COVID
In the beginning, we chose this facility because it was cleaner and nicer when we toured it than some others. She also liked the patio area so that she could enjoy outside when she wanted to. I would want others to know that when I finally got into her room after the lockdown, it smelled very bad. It seemed that during COVID they were not cleaning the inside of the facility. The meals were also brought to their rooms and they offered no variety at all. She had no socialization which was the main reason we wanted to move her here. We moved her out of here because we did not have the best experience.

Mom has been at Brookdale for 8 months now and so many of our issues have not been addressed.
I am still not sure of what services the nursing staff provides. Minor issues were not able to be handled in house.
Promise of some landscaping outside her lanai has not been seen to.
The staff is most friendly and very willing to give assistance when approached.
The problem seems to be with the management which seems to "pass the buck" when questioned.
In general it has been difficult to get any real answers or solutions

I am glad that we moved mom here she is doing so well. She is very happy and enjoying herself here. Mom is participating in the activities like bingo and she has been going to the social hours and she enjoys them. She loves the food but tends to find after awhile they repeat the same things. The staff is very nice and friendly very accommodating. I would recommend this community to anyone.

Perfect Tour!
I was able to take a tour of this community and I really did enjoy it. The staff was friendly and helpful with answering anything I needed. The director of activities came and sat with us to let us know what they had to offer. It was a great tour and great community.
