Based on a clinical assessment, the Care Manager develops a custom Plan of Care and then works closely with the caregiver and the family to follow the plan, update it when needed and ensure compliance.
A Hand To Hold caregivers are employees of the company (not subcontractors), carefully screened, drug tested, background checked and covered by Worker's Compensation Insurance.
