The Sales Mgr was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The day I moved in, the General Mgr greeted me in the lobby along with several of his staff. Everything is run very efficiently. Now that I've been here a good while it feels like home with a large family. I have so many new friends to share all the activities with. The issue may not be cleanliness as much as the building being a little run down. Some new paint would go a long way. Also like on my moms 11th floor there's a place in the main hallway where someone seemed to drop bleach and it should be replaced. Everyone has been wonderful from management to maintenance to housekeeping . The quality of the meals vary depending on the day. Could stand some improvement here I think they're working on trying to build/improve the activities. Then on numerous occasions , he has gotten locked out of the security doors and his code not letting him into the building. The doors has been an issue for a year and still not fixed. Also the last visit I was there, one of the elevators wasn't working. One of the tenants across from my uncle apt has/had bed bugs. Pest control came to the building but did it spray the neighbors apartment. So it sure if the bed bugs every were taken care of last month. My uncle isn't happy with the living arrangements now since he found a rat in his bathroom.
