our family experience was good. The atmosphere was cozy and warm. I would recommend Celebration villa to anyone.
This is our first time in an assisted living facility. It would have been nice for more activities to keep them busy during the day. Based on the experience we would recommend this community so far to other families.

Receive thoughtful care in an intimate environment at Celebration Villa of Lewisburg. Would recommend this facility to others. Very professional and friendly staff. Very easy to work with.
Overall experience rating - this is because my mom is used to being at home with me and is embarrassed by her incontinence. She said everyone was very nice but she wouldn't come out of her room and just wanted to come home. My overall experience was a 5 since I had peace of mind that she was being taken care of while we were away. Meals and dining rating - again, she is used to my cooking and did not care for the food there. However, she is very picky so it's not the fault of the facility. She was only there for 4 days and did not participate in any activities. We had to pay for 14 days even though she was only there for 4 days. Again, not the fault of the facility as they were the only facility that offered 14 day respite care instead of a full month. I was just grateful she had somewhere to go while we attended my son's wedding.

Close enough to get to easily. Very friendly staff. Light, bright, well decorated. It looks happier than all others I looked at.I would say, it isn't perfect but it is probably the best I can find in this area.

Celebration Villa Review
Just make sure you ask questions. It just wasn't a good fit for my mom. With Parkinson's and not being very social. They really didn't work well with the Parkinson's. She needed to be in a place with more care. She just sat in her room. But we just didn't know that was going to be the case.

Positives and negatives
The rooms and bathrooms are clean but the carpets are stained in the rooms and the hallways. When I go visit there are not many staff members around, but when they are around they are very friendly and more than willing to help out. They do have plenty of great activities provided and things are going on all the time. They just got a new activities director and he is a very nice gentleman. The room and board price is not bad, but the care is pretty expensive. I do not think the level of care they have my loved one at is a little higher than they need to be at.

Best Place for Mom
The admissions process was outstanding. They provide great care services. The staff are friendly. Cleanliness is outstanding. I like that it's a small community. The food is excellent, and my loved one really likes it. They have plenty of activities, something almost every day. I think it's very affordable. Our family is so happy with the service and the care here. Our loved has not been here very long yet, but so far everything has been outstanding.

Our experience with Elmcroft
We chose Elmcroft of Lewisburg because it seemed like the best area and it is a nice clean facility. The room sizes at the facility are good. I do think they could improve their communication with families, especially since we live out of state. The food is very good, they use fresh good quality foods for the meals. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

A good place, I would recommend for your loved one.
Our loved one absolutely loved being at the Elmcroft, we saw the world of different from her being at home and then moving in the community. The three months that she was there she would tell everyone she saw she loved them. She loves playing bingo, listing to music and the church services.

Best of the Best
They are the best, bar none. They are topnotch when it comes to cleanliness. I can't come up with anything that is negative.
I think the activities could be better. You will not find better staff anywhere. When it comes to concerns of the residents, regardless of the issue they are the absolute the best. There is nowhere else I would want dad to be right now.

Elmcroft Of Lewisburg
So far we have been satisfied as they are taking very good care of my mother, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. They do have activities available for the residents and my mother loves the food. Compared to the other communities in the area, we think Elmcroft Of Lewisburg is a good value for the price.

Sad place
I wouldnt let my dog there. No furniture in the hallways anymore, no vending machines. From what I see the workers are leaving left and right. There are never enough workers. New management sucks, one walks around with a clipboard walks like she [removed]. The rooms might look pretty, but thats all its got going for it.

A great Place!
The staff has been great at keeping me up to date with any and everything that my loved one needs. They actually go above and beyond. The only complaint or concern that I would have is that my loved one has to share a room. The community is currently working on that. My loved one does have mixed feelings about the food, but they do provide healthy options. They offer activities however, my loved does not like to participate. I would recommend them.

Always short staffed..and they tell my family member that..then..shes afraid to ring bell for help because she doesnt want to bother them.
She told us she rang bell for help and took sometimes more than an hour to get help...thank goodness she wasnt on the floor from a fall!!
Nurses said that never happens when we talked to them so we rang her bell....low and behold...48 min later they came...TERRIBLE!!!
I cleaned and disinfected her bathroom..idk when or how often they clean them but was horrible. I emptied her overflowing garb cans numerous times.
They train people off the street to be a MED TECH. Nurses do not pass medication which is very concerning.
only 4 staff members to take care of the entire building.
Towels and washcloths brown stained and disgusts our family member.
All we hear is WERE SHORT STAFFED...the nurse on duty told me WERE SHORT AND IM DOING AIDE WORK AND MINE..wow..thats what we want to hear.
I worked many yrs in nursing in a nursing home...I can see what goes on.
Do your homework...for what you pay I dont think the care is worth it...
Dont let the beautiful building fool you.

I would say that my experience with them has been a very positive one. The moving-in process and getting settled was easy and happened very quickly. She is not a very outgoing person and I realize they are busy, but sometimes I think they need to encourage her to participate in more activities. Everything else is wonderful.

It's still very new for us, but so far it's been pretty good.
They always smell good. They are pretty clean and the staff has been pretty friendly. They have a pretty good activities set up. There have been a few minor hiccups, but I think that is part of the transition, and they have been quick to respond to the questions and concerns that have come up. So far I think the food has been okay. It's still very new for us, but so far it's been pretty good.
