Blown Away by the Medical Staff and beautiful resident rooms
Absolutely, hands down one of the best facilities I have EVER been in.
Recently visited for a family member looking at relocating from facility She needs quality dementia care and when I tell you she is going to get it here.... I mean Quality Care!!!!!!. An internal medical Dr. on staff 16 hours a day, an LPN, CNA's all there to monitor and interact with residents. They take daily vitals, Blood sticks for Diabetes, shower scrub their teeth all in a nicely furnished room.. Its a very calm relaxed environment. Smells fresh when you walk in and tour the Building, which is only 2 years old. Its Decorated beautifully with Sun tunnels in the halls providing that extra natural light. After touring numerous assisted living/memory care facilities in Daytona, Port Orange & Ormond .NO NEED to look any further. There is not one ALF that has an internal Medicine DR. & LPN on staff 24/7. Knowing your loved one is getting the best of medical care in a peaceful residential setting is wonderful!

Absolutely wonderful
My husband had a brief stay but an unbelievable wonderful caring stay. He came on very short notice from the hospital after having a stroke. The head of Majestic Gardens, [name removed] is such a wonderful caring individual who truly is concerned about the patients well being. She keeps in contact with you. There are only 16 rooms. Patients have their own rooms. The place is clean. I was very impressed. And since he died in the middle of the month [name removed] refunded half my money. In addition she let me know when she thought my husband was dying because the hospital lied to me so I had time to contact my children to say goodbye. I can’t say enough about this place but especially about [name removed] who owns and runs this place. She even sleeps here half the time. So if a dr is needed they can always get a hold of one!!!!!!

I would highly recommend Majestic Gardens to others for their loved ones. The stand out to me is also the medical care that comes with the assisted living. My loved one loved being here and was well taken care of when they were at Majestic Gardens.

Horrific
Please do yourself a favor and don’t go anywhere near this facility. Our loved one was neglected and left late in urine and feces for hours at a time. Their care was so horrible at one point we were told to prepare for final arrangements. Luckily we moved our family member and they are now flourishing in their new environment. It is like dealing with [name removed[ and [name removed]. Don’t be fooled.

Majestic Gardens has the highest standards possible. We have a medical doctor and registered nurses in the building all the time. The patient mentioned was not appropriate for an assisted living facility and should have been in a nursing home. He was not neglected. There were four residents and six staff members present at the facility. He had a Foley catheter which allows urine to drain into a bag. He was not wet at any time. His diaper was changed after bowel movements. This patient is not thriving and is currently on hospice care. We asked him to leave the facility according to AHCA's regulations. This is the reason this person is writing a negative review. Defamation will not be tolerated.

A very unique Assisted Living. As a RN for 29 years, I have never seen an Assisted Living at this caliber. I always look at staffing, and who will be taking care of these little people. I was so impressed to see a RN, a physician, a CNA on staff daily. Unheard of in the Assisted Living world. The facility itself, is so well planned. So accommodating and safe. Super clean and sanitized. I was thoroughly impressed on how respectful the staff was to the residents. I can’t recommend this place enough. THIS is the place to have your loved one spend their days.
