Assisted Living
Very comfortable, very clean, personnel who are very respectful, knowledgeable and kind. Lots of activities to help us keep thinking!
The meals right now are having to be delivered to our rooms due to covid, and sometimes we do have to heat up the meals. However, the menu's they have in the dining room for us to choose are very good. They are offering exercise classes and now bingo once a week, we hope they slowly start bringing more back. The apartments are nice, but we just do not have a lot of storage space.
This facility is very nice. It's very well managed and taken care of. The food is good, good quality and variety. Housekeeping seems to be pretty good. There have been a couple of times when I visited and noticed my brother's room was a bit messy. I brought it to their attention and they took care of it without issue. Communication with the family is very good. The staff is great. They're all very kind and caring. When I have questions during a visit or call with questions, they are good about getting answers for me. There's been some turnover with a couple of key staff players, but it seems to have settled down. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
