Assisted living communities administer oversight, personal care, and recreational activities to people who are on average 65 years of age or older. The services provided often involve assistance with the activities of daily life. Inhabitants may be kept under supervision and evaluation. This community has a number of provisions concerning food and diet which include must use a licensed dietician to develop diet plan, must provide three meals a day, and staff must be trained in food preparation.
