Assisted living communities offer social events, healthcare, and oversight to individuals around 65 years of age or older. Assisted living communities usually provide help with transit and appointments, support with daily activities, and supervision of care. This type of community is required to offer a number of services. These include social transportation, housekeeping, dental, and wellness and health monitoring.
