We are very pleased with group of people. They have been great with my loved one. The room is clean and we never have had to have any issues. The food is good as well. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Read moreWe love the place, they have done a wonderful job adapting towards our loved one. We honestly like everything about it, we can call 24 hours a day and someone always answers. We can face time, Skype or do window visits. Especially during the pandemic they have gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is clean and everyone is taken care of. The administration, activities director, nurses and CNA's are all friendly and wonderful. Our loved one loves it there.
Read moreMy mother has been at Hollybrook for 2 years and we are very happy with the place. Even with the Covid-19 problems they are often coming up with novel entertainment ideas that are thoughtful. I am impressed with their safety measures as well. Before Hollybrook we were at a facility in Springfield that cost much more and the staff was quite bad, regardless of the shift. We also tried another that had very good staff and also cost much more but my mother didn't like the multiple levels or the formal, stilted atmosphere. This place doesn't have those problems at all. As others have said, the Hollybrook price is quite competitive, the single level is great for exercise and figuring out how to get around and the homey atmosphere of the place is not intimidating.
