As General Counsel of A Place for Mom, Inc., Gary Papilsky is leading all legal affairs and responsible for streamlining processes and effectively partnering with business leaders to achieve goals within a compliant, high-integrity environment.
Gary brings with him more than 25 years of experience in business and corporate law. Most recently, he was one of the founders and General Counsel of Rollick, Inc., and Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Dealertrack Technologies, a global SaaS company providing software to automotive dealers. He helped to lead Dealertrack Technologies through a decade of rapid growth from $225 million to over $1.3 billion in annual revenue.
Earlier in his career, Gary served as Associate General Counsel at Garter, an IT research consultancy, and as General Counsel of Predictive Systems, a network consulting company. He started his career at the law firms Dentons and Brobeck.
Gary earned a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
