StoryPoint Group is an excellent company to work for and therefore my husband & I wouldn’t want my mother-in-law [name removed] to live anywhere else. I thought Mommy was an introvert until she moved to StoryPoint Pickerington with the help of [removed] Home Care last July. This move allowed her to maintain her independence with the help of [removed] Home Care on staff 24 hours a day. Mommy is thriving in a safe and loving environment. My husband and I tell Mommy she has a more active social calendar than us. We enjoy spending time with Mommy, her neighbors and their families. Chef [name removed], [name removed] and the culinary team do an excellent job for special occasions, family celebrations and loving on her daily. Thanks for all you do every minute of every day!!! My mom loves the staff! They are always kind to her, smiling, and friendly. She can't say enough about that, which I think is so important, in light of the stories you hear occasionally about elder abuse in other places. She feels very safe there, and I feel her needs are being met very well. I had concerns about the food (mostly quality; the quantity is fine for my tiny 98 year old mom), but Grace Haven has hired a new chef, and Mom claims the food is better. Highest praise for [name removed], the director. She is always smiling and ready to hear any concerns I may have.

Our loved one has passed, but during her time at Briarwood they were very good to her and us as a family. The facility was clean. We were even able to eat there a couple of times and the food was pretty good and if she wanted something different they got it for her.
