Pledge to Stop Alzheimer’s

A Place for Mom data shows that U.S. states are not prepared to meet the growing demands of memory care needed for more than 5 million Americans living with Alzheimer’s disease. The number of licensed beds for memory care residents is currently astronomically lower than the predicted number of people who will need it in 2025, as the disease continues to grow without a cure.

Without a medical breakthough to stop the disease, Alzheimer’s is estimated to impact 16 million people and cost $1.2 trillion by 2050. It is time to Pledge pledge to take action to help solve this national crisis.
