How much income to be eligible to hire in home caregiver?

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I'm looking to hire an in-home caregiver for my granny who is 87 years old and a dementia patient for since few years. I'm thinking to hire a nanny from C-Care health services in Toronto but prior making a decision, the question that I have is that how much income am I suppose to have to be eligible to hire any in-home caregiver? I heard about such criteria from my friends and also looked on internet too which says to show sufficient income. Is there anyone here provide me with a bit more information regarding this. Thanks in advance...

In home care typically costs anywhere from $18/hr to $25/hr (US $). The amount of income necessary to pay for these services is dependent on the number of hours and type of care required. I would recommend contacting a few companies that provide these services in your area to get a better idea of what is provided and what it will cost.
