What happens to Medicare if I go back to work?

I registered for Medicare (Parts A & B) when I turned 65, I was self employed and it was my only health insurance. I have been offered a full time job that I'm seriously considering but what happens to my Medicare? Will the Medicare be my Primary insurance, and the Employer's Insurance company be my secondary insurance? Do I still pay the same premiums?

If you get health insurance through work, Medicare will become secondary to your employer coverage. You could drop Medicare Part B if you don't need it. That will prevent you from paying a premium for little or no coverage.
