What happens if the POA or will is not properly signed or witnessed?

Mom wants to do her paper work through an online service that her pastor recommended. I have looked online and they have terrible reviews. I tried to explain this but since her pastor says they are good she won't listen to a word I say.

I will answer the topic sentence. If a POA or a Will is not properly executed, it is no good. The activities done by the POA will not be valid and the Court will not accept the Last Will and Testament.

There are MANY forms on line to address legal concerns. The issue is not the validity of the form, but rather which of the many forms is appropriate in a particular situation. In addition, if the legal form is NOT properly signed, notarized or witnessed THEN IT IS NOT VALID.
