Ask a Question

Should my parents have a will?

They don't have any property and my siblings and I get along well enough that there won't be any fighting over things. Are there any other reasons to create a will?

Having a will and/or advanced directives is a good idea for any family. An individuals needs and wants do change and change can alter family dynamics, especially if someone is passionate about any one thing. I would encourage you to look into advanced directives through your local hospital as well as a will, that will ensure your parents wishes are carried out to the fullest and done so legally.
