Can fish oil help prevent Alzheimer's?

There is alot of information out there for 'fish oil and memory loss.' The information seems to be consistent that overall, in healthy adults, a fish oil supplement is a good added component to an otherwise healthly lifestyle. However, there is still alot of research needed to better understand the full effect of the added supplement on those who suffer from memory loss.
