Based on my personal experience, I would say yes. My mother-in-law lived to 104. The last couple years of her life, she would describe experiences to her daughter, in which she had encountered loved ones who had passed away long ago. These descriptions were so vivid and true to life, it would be impossible to say that they were even hallucinations, but possibly a "sneak peek" into what was awaiting her at the end of her life!
