I know in Indiana hospice will come to your home. Call your local hospice, they will be able to answer all your questions.

Hospice will come to your home.
If your Dad wishes to remain at home Hospice will provide equipment that is necessary to make him comfortable and make it possible for him to remain at home. If he needs a hospital bed that will be arranged, a wheelchair, or other equipment.
They will also provide medication so that he is comfortable and that pain is managed. And you or other family members will not be alone they will have someone there with you so you will not be with him alone when he passes.
You can discuss this with the Hospice group and find out exactly what their procedure is and if you want or need anything else they will try hard to make that happen.
(as you can tell I love Hospice, they are helping me a lot)
