I went from a social worker at the hospice telling me on Monday they wanted my mom out by Wed and handing me a list of 60 – 80 names to evaluate on my own, to being able to tell you about my mom’s needs and getting a small list of known good places in about 15 minutes. I appreciate you referring me to a list of 3 – 6 that you knew may be appropriate, with good ratings by someone like you and families. What a relief it was to have someone with your knowledge share information to help steer me in the right direction and help me make an informed decision. It was helpful for me to be able to report back to you what I found and get additional names to evaluate. You are amazing. Thank you for your initial efforts and your continuous feedback and follow-up. The world is a better place because of people like you (and Kim) and your service. I definitely will recommend you and your service to anyone that I know that has to go through the difficult task of finding an appropriate place from mom (or family members). In a time of such stress and uncertainty it is incredibly helpful to be able to filter through the numerous facilities so quickly. I feel much more secure in my decision after being able to take the week to tour facilities, question the staff and take my mom to see several of the top contenders. "
