I was so overwhelmed that I don't believe I would have made much progress on my own. I think you realized my frustrations and you were able to get me through the process with compassion, kindness and the utmost professionalism. Thanking you just seems too inadequate. However I do thank you from the bottom of my heart and I thank God for you and others who do what you do."
