He said all looked good; he had one question that he would call my brother about, but other than that -- it is ready to be filed. It may take 4 to 6 months, but as you said the benefits would be retroactive. "The place you recommended looks perfect. This place has a view of the water. They have fountains (small ponds) in the yard which would be very peaceful and a vegetable garden. Orchids are all over the house so mom would love that and her room has a view of the Sound. They document everything. The menu is very healthy and the place is as clean as can be.
