I can't even begin to imagine just how difficult your job must be dealing with families in crisis on a daily basis. Evening just making one phone call to say, "How is everything going..." you are quite possibly the only phone call of that nature that a family may receive that week or for that matter at all! I'm sure that when these families are in these situations and they see no light at the end of the tunnel you are their light."
