"I never took the time to let you know how much our family appreciated your help in finding placement for my father-in-law with your help we found a wonderful facility with caring staff and administration. Before his passing it was not unusual to find a staff member or someone from administration in his room just checking on him. They actually cared about him as a person as well as an individual. Even when he was actively dying it seemed as though they could not do enough for him or for our family.
